Dandelion Chai Tea
Give this dandelion chai tea a try and you’ll be amazed at what a wonderful flavor a detox tea can have! Chai is my absolute favorite tea, and this healthy twist makes it extra special.
Combine all the dry ingredients and place in an airtight container. When ready to enjoy a delicious pot of tea, place ¼ cup of the chai mixture in a teapot and fill with boiling water. Cover and let the tea steep for about ten minutes, then bring it to a boil once more.
Strain the mixture and add hot milk, soy milk or almond milk. Sweeten to taste with honey or stevia. Enjoy!| |
