Aromatic and Refreshing Chai Dandelion Tea

Recipe for dandelion chai spiced tea:

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Dried Dandelion Root
  • ¼ cup Dried Dandelion Leaf
  • ¼ cup Dried Raspberry Leaf
  • 2 Tbsp. Crushed cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp. Crushed cloves
  • 2 Crushed cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. Dried ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Allspice
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 Tbsp. Whole Peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp. Anise seed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried orange peel
  • 1 Tbsp. Star anise

Preparation:

Combine all the dry ingredients and place in an airtight container. When ready to enjoy a delicious pot of tea, place ¼ cup of the chai mixture in a teapot and fill with boiling water. Cover and let the tea steep for about ten minutes, then bring it to a boil once more.

Strain the mixture and add hot milk, soy milk or almond milk. Sweeten to taste with honey or stevia. Enjoy!
