Well..I tried the footpads and have been using them almost a month now use them every 3 days. I am a 27 yrs old male and I work out Cardio 40 minutes 3 times a week.
I didn't believe this when I first started and still find it extremely hard to. BUT it certainly makes me feel more energetic than before I started using the pads.
I am more attentive than before especially in those meetings and yes my feet stink right after I remove the pads but are perfectly normal after my morning shower and never stink again.
Well so...for some reason I like the effect of using the pads though I am not convinced that this is what makes me feel that way. But still it sort of seems to somehow work!
