My cousin Nina, is an extremely fit and energetic girl, good in sports and all academic activities. She also happens to be a very good swimmer and has won many trophies in various tournaments. Her competitions require her to travel a lot and most of the time she ends up eating out.
She is a die-hard non-vegetarian, who prefers eating out anything from beef, lamb, pork, fish etc almost anything.
All this went well, until one day she fell sick. We considered it to be a normal fever, as it can happen due to change in climates and also due to her hectic schedules.
Things became worse, as the fever continued for a few days. She started getting severe itching all over her hands and neck. She also complained of stomach cramps. It became a matter of concern for my family, when she started loosing weight.
Her whole energy and enthusiasm seemed to be drained out. She would feel hunger no more and just lie down on the bed looking pale and weak.
My uncle immediately took her to a specialist, who after looking at her symptoms, inquired about her lifestyle and eating habits. He suggested a stool test, which showed presence of internal parasites.
My uncle being a strong follower of using natural substances rather than drugs to fight away any illness, did not allow her to take any anti-parasitic drug.
In fact he convinced her to go for a herbal parasite detox program, for eradicating the parasites, that were internally present in her body. She readily agreed and went to my uncle's friend, who happens to be a naturopath.
The main step involved in herbal parasitic detox program is the colon cleansing, which helps removing the waste from one's colon. She was suggested a strict colon detox diet, proper sleep and prescribed some anti parasite herbal formulas, which included some herbal capsules, like the Clove capsules, Wormwood capsules and Black Walnut Tincture.
Outside food was a total no - no and she was also asked to take a lot of precautions regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
After following the herbal parasite detox program for around 3 weeks, there was a tremendous positive change in her. She started eating well, her condition improved and she looked pretty energetic.
She is been suggested to repeat this program again after 2 months, which helps killing the parasite's egg, if any present. I am definitely sure, she will carry it out successfully, as she has understood the importance of it.
