The natural liver detox is a wonderful experience! Early in my detox quest, I began with a colon cleanse, and learned the wonderful feeling of finally removing all that putrid stuff from my intestinal tract.
But that was when I began to realize how terribly toxic my liver had become. It all began when I thought I had a rib that was turned. I had horrible pain in my right side at the top of my rib cage. My chiropractor told me my top rib had turned, and treated it that way. I suppose because I had pain in that region that was the only thing he could think of that it could be. How wrong we both were!
I learned one day while cruising the internet, that you can tell how badly your liver is doing by laying on your back with your knees propped up. Then if you press on the right side, just under the rib cage, you will feel terrible pain. Or at least that was my experience. My liver was enlarged, swollen, enflamed and very sensitive to the touch.
So I searched for the solution to my problem, and found the natural liver detox. It’s sometimes called a liver flush, but believe me it works!
The liver is a major organ responsible for removing toxins from the blood and transporting them out of the body via the colon.
As more and more toxins need to be removed from the body – the liver can become backlogged with work. It’s very important to keep your liver in tip-top shape for doing its job. You need to do the natural liver detox twice a year to keep it in good condition for doing its job.
The liver is literally full of ducts – called bile ducts – where the bile is transported downward toward the colon – carrying its toxic load along with it.
Sometimes tiny particles of dead parasites, or other particles moving through the liver, become lodged in the bile ducts, stopping them up. When something becomes lodged in a bile duct, cholesterol begins to coat the particle until it becomes a small, marble-like ball, or stone. As time goes by the stones become larger and larger, and soon that particular duct is completely stopped up and nothing can pass out of the liver via that bile duct.
Because there are many, many bile ducts in the liver, it is many years before the stopped-up bile ducts become a problem. But eventually, so many stones become lodged in the bile ducts that they begin to back up into the gallbladder. By this time the doctors are able to see the stones on an X-ray and they will decide it’s time to remove the gallbladder.
However, this doesn’t correct the problem of the stopped-up bile ducts in the liver. The doctors are simply not aware – or not willing - to tell you that’s where the problem originated.
If you examine what you have eliminated, you will most likely see gallstones. You should look for floating green round things. You may find a few, or as many as several hundred. Perhaps even more. Most people eventually eliminate 1500 to 2000 stones doing the natural liver detox before their liver is clean.
You may have to do the flush as many as five to seven times to accomplish a complete cleaning of your liver. But be sure to wait at least two weeks before doing the next one. Some people don’t pass stones the first time or two, but eventually it will happen, so be patient.
There are many sites on the internet that try to say the stones you pass are simply stones created by the olive oil mixture in the liver or the colon. It’s possible this might happen, but here’s my personal experiences with the liver flush:
The first time I did the liver flush, I eliminated hundreds, or even a thousand or more stones. Many were huge, a half inch to an inch in diameter. The second, third and even the fourth time I had fewer stones, but there were still some large stones. They’re mostly green, but some are brown or black. I believed from that experience, that the backup of stones in my liver was decreasing and I was beginning to get them cleaned out. As I continued to do the natural liver detox, the fifth, sixth and even the seventh time I produced many tiny stones, hundreds and hundreds of small stones about the size of a grain of sand to perhaps the size of a pinhead. And there would be a few dozen larger sized stones, perhaps the size of a pea to maybe a quarter of an inch in diameter. I continued to produce ten or twenty of the half-inch size stones during this time period. After the seventh time I did the liver flush, I tried once more about six months later. At that time, I had only one stone that was about a quarter inch in diameter. The remainder of the stones were tiny pinhead, or sand-size stones.
I didn’t produce bile stones overnight from drinking the olive oil mixture or I would have continued to have stones every time I did the liver flush.
It’s also important to know that even if the stones were created overnight from the olive oil solution, the end result is a cleaner-running system that is much more able to detox your body. I always feel refreshed and healthy after doing one.
That alone makes it something I want to continue doing.Although I’ll continue to do the natural liver detox in the future, I’ll do it about twice a year as a kind of a tuneup program.
