The list may seem endless, but we’ll attempt to touch on many of the more common and effective types of detox in this section.
Each detox type has its own specific purpose and benefits, but all benefit the body by eliminating toxins and helping your body to create new, healthier tissue. Did you know that your body replaces all of its cells on a regular basis? As a matter of fact, 98% of the cells in your body die and are replaces every three to six months. This is why the old phrase “You are what you eat.” Is so relevant. What do you think the new cells are made of? You’re right! New cells are created from the food we eat, the water and other beverages we drink and the very air we breathe. Your body replaces about 24 million cells a day!
You might want to try a natural liver and gallbladder detox, a kidney and bladder detox, a natural colon detox or intestinal detox, or a lung detox. It’s important, however, that you do some of these in a specific order.
First, you should do a complete colon cleanse, such as the one offered by Dr. Natura. It’s my favorite because it’s thorough, pleasant and makes you feel so good! If your colon isn’t clean, it will be very hard to remove toxins eliminated by other organs, such as the liver, and it could cause a healing crisis. After the colon cleanse, it will then be safe to move on to a liver flush, a kidney and bladder cleanse, or any of the other detox methods we’ll discuss.
br>The most well-known heavy metal people are concerned with getting out of their system is mercury. But mercury is not the only heavy metal we need to be concerned about.
If you have accumulated large amounts of fat on your body, it may not be as simple as overeating. Fat is often stored on the body as a way to protect it from toxins that cannot be immediately excreted from the body. When the organs of elimination and detox, the kidneys, liver, lungs, etc. become too overworked, the body must store some toxins in the hopes that it can get rid of them later in a less stressful time.
The problem is, if too many toxins bombard our system on a regular basis, there may not be a convenient time for our body to get rid of the accumulations. So it must be stored indefinitely.
